PROVADA is the most important real estate exhibition in the Netherlands and is the meeting point for professionals from the real estate world. For three days, RAI Amsterdam transforms into a vibrant networking platform where developers, investors, governments, housing corporations, architects and other interested parties come together to connect, share knowledge and be inspired by the latest trends and innovations in the sector. For the second time in a row, Cialona was commissioned to provide the exhibition concept and complete stand construction for KAFRA Housing at PROVADA, the leading real estate exhibition in the Netherlands.

This year everything revolved around the innovative living concept: the KAFRA Tower. An eye-catcher of stature, with a clear message: flexible living is the future. Cialona translated KAFRA Housing’s brand identity into a powerful visual presentation on the trade fair floor. The stand combined openness with height and provided space for meeting people and brand activation. Smart positioning and striking design made the KAFRA Tower the talk of the town at the fair.

A stand concept that stands like a tower. Literally and figuratively.

As soon as you approached KAFRA Housing’s booth, you couldn’t avoid it: the KAFRA Tower stood prominently in view and was the eye-catcher of the presentation at PROVADA 2025.
Whereas last year the focus was on the mobile home, this year it was all about this new, innovative residential concept.
The tower, as a powerful symbol of KAFRA’s vision of high-quality, flexible and sustainable living, immediately caught the attention of passers-by and invited conversation.

Live interview with Jutta Leerdam

A special moment played out at the KAFRA Housing booth during PROVADA: a live interview with none other than Jutta Leerdam, one of the most famous and successful ice skaters in the Netherlands.

In conversation with presenter Humberto Tan, Jutta spoke candidly about her sports career, her motivations and the road to the top. She also talked about her collaboration with main sponsor KAFRA Housing. The conversation offered visitors a unique insight into the world behind top sports and underlined the shared values of achievement, growth and trust between KAFRA Housing and their ambassador.

The moment drew a large crowd and underscored the shared values: performance, reliability and growth.

Thanks to its striking brand presentation, open design and central eye-catcher, the KAFRA Tower, the booth grew into a lively meeting place on the PROVADA exhibition floor.
