Sustainability has become a very important theme lately, in all aspects of our lives. The trade fair world is no exception. Traditional stand construction methods generally lead to a lot of waste. Both in the field of materials and energy. Fortunately, we now see a rapidly growing trend in which both fellow stand builders and our customers opt for a greener strategy.
What is sustainable stand construction?
Sustainable stand construction is a specific approach in which the impact on the environment is taken into account in every phase of the exhibition stand. This starts at the designphase, but continues through to the assembly and disassembly of the stand. The aim of this is often to ensure the least possible ecological impact and a positive influence on all parties involved.
Some ways to make your exhibition participation greener, for example, is to use a modular stand. Modular stand construction is the use of reusable stand elements that can be easily adapted or scaled up/down for multiple exhibitions. In this way, for example, you can create a custom bar element that is used at different trade fairs in different sizes and compositions.
