Automated decision-making
Cialona Expo B.V. does not make any decisions about matters based on automated processing which might affect individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the presence of a human being (e.g. an employee of Cialona Expo B.V.).
Sharing personal data with third parties
Cialona Expo B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Google Analytics
Our website sets a cookie from Google, as part of its analytics service. We only use this to keep track of, and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties, unless google is legally required to do so. Information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible, so your IP address is not given. The information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google adheres to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the U.S. Department of Commerce program of the same name. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
Leadinfo
We use the services of Leadinfo, a tool to provide insight into visits to our website.
Leadinfo is legal under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDG or GDPR) which is the European privacy law effective May 25, 2018.
Leadinfo uses the visitor’s IP address to thereby obtain company data from public sources such as the Chamber of Commerce. The IP address is personal data under the AVG, and its use requires a basis under this law. The basis used is the “own legitimate interest” (article 6 sub f AVG). Here we are allowed to work with personal data without consent provided that it serves a clear interest and you consider privacy, the IP address is not included in this.
Marketing and analytics count as a clear legitimate interest, and Leadinfo uses very limited personal data. IP addresses are not kept and only general business information of companies is provided to users. This adequately addresses privacy concerns.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Cialona Expo B.V. and you have the right to data portability.
This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
