The price of a booth

The price of a trade show booth depends on numerous factors, which together determine the amount of work, time, materials and technology required.

The location of the exhibition plays an important role: building a stand in the Netherlands is of course different from building one in Germany, France or America. Think about transport, set-up times, local rules and technical facilities.
The size of the stand also affects the price, of course: not only because of the number of square meters, but also because of what it will contain.

For example, do you want to display products, create a bar or hospitality area, or just space for presentations and meetings? A booth with many custom parts, integrated displays or eye-catching shapes requires a different approach than a modular design that is more often reused, and therefore also has a different cost tag.

In addition, audiovisual additions such as LED walls, interactive screens or special lighting can enhance the experience, but also require additional technology and preparation.
