As an administrative assistant at Cialona, you will perform various administrative tasks and make sure everything runs smoothly.
For example, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, assisting customers (both by phone and in the office), providing colleagues with information and supporting them with all other administrative tasks.
What will you do?
In this role you will be responsible for a solid financial basis and actively contribute to improvement:
- Entry of purchase and sales invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Processing cash and bank transactions
- Assist with monthly closings
- Spotting deviations and opportunities for improvement
- Thinking about and optimizing financial processes
Who are you:
- You are communicatively strong, flexible and work in a structured and accurate manner
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You are familiar with systems such as Exact online (or similar)
- You are precise and work in a structured manner
- You have an enthusiastic attitude and like to go the extra mile
- You are curious about how processes can be improved
- You are energized by change and optimization
