We are a full service booth builder. That means we take on the booth building project from start to finish. Our team excels in design, production, assembly and disassembly of your exhibition stand and do it all in-house with our team of professionals. We do everything we can to make your life easier.

Store and Reuse
We offer the possibility to store the stand in our warehouse, so that it can be (partially) reused at a later time.

You will have access to our Client Portal, where you can view the progress of the project 24/7, approve items and upload/download documents.
3D Design
After the briefing, we work out the project in a 3D design. This way it is clear at a glance what the stand will look like and whether adjustments are needed.
Dashboard Cialona Client Portal
Within our own system, the Cialona Client Portal, you get your own dashboard containing all your projects. For each project, you can see what has already been done and what still needs to be done. This keeps our communication as transparent as possible and you are always up to date on the progress of your project.

Stand builder Utrecht and far beyond
Cialona’s team of experienced stand-builders regularly provide stand-building in Utrecht, thinking mainly of the Jaarbeurs. Our collaboration will therefore probably start with a stand-building project in Utrecht, but we go further than that. We are active internationally, with exhibition locations in Europe and far beyond. So if you have a trade fair in Utrecht or Dusseldorf one month, shortly afterwards we can build the stand in Las Vegas. We go where you go and make sure the quality is the same every time.
