As a Project Manager at Cialona, you are ultimately responsible for your projects, from handover from sales to delivery on the show floor, at trade show locations throughout Europe.
You are the one who makes sure everything is right. You keep a grip on planning, budget, quality and execution, and ensure that all parties involved know exactly what needs to be done. You also take care of the customer, so that they can start their trade fair participation with a good feeling. You are regularly on location, at home or abroad, to deliver your projects in detail.
This is not a function from the sidelines, you are in the middle and take responsibility.
What will you do?
- You independently lead multiple (international) stand construction projects from A to Z
- You monitor planning, budget and quality
- You are the point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams
- You manage colleagues, suppliers and partners to successfully complete projects
- You completely unburden customers and make sure they can start the fair with a good feeling
- You handle the procurement of materials and services
- You will regularly travel to trade show locations nationally and internationally for the construction and delivery of your projects
- You ensure tight completion and evaluate projects for improvement
Who are you?
- A project manager with experience
- You take ownership and feel responsible up to and including on-site delivery
- You are very strong communicator and easily interact with different parties
- You keep an overview, even when the pressure increases
- You work in a structured way, are stress resistant and have good prioritization skills
- You enjoy working internationally and being on location
- You understand that the dynamics of grant projects sometimes require additional flexibility
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and forward thinking
