Expivi moved into its new office in late 2019 for which we provided the interior design. Because the organization was experiencing strong growth, it was time for not only a larger office, but also a layout that fit this scale-up.
The new interior features a large number of workstations, a custom kitchen, several meeting rooms and a theater/presentation room.
We handled the entire process, from design, supervision of structural modifications to realization.
Expivi is an online 3D product configuration platform. Expivi’s innovative 3D technology allows every product to be visualized, revolutionizing the era of online shopping. Customers can see exactly what they are buying, even in their own environment.
After years of game development and specializing in 3D technology, Expivi’s three founders decided to bring 3D and augmented reality technology to the e-commerce market.
The 3D Design
An interior design concept requires a clear design drawing. After the briefing talks we will start working on this and present you with a concept. These 3D sketches give a good idea of what the space will look like in reality. Below you can clearly see that the sketches are almost identical to the final result. Once the sketches are approved, we realize the total design.
Expivi’s office exudes a combination of business and homeliness. The wide central corridor gives the space an open and uncluttered character, making the office feel spacious. The transparent organizational culture is reflected in the open layout and visibility between the different spaces.
The furniture, which we were allowed to provide, also fits in seamlessly with this. It contributes to the modern, fresh look of the whole. The layout offers a good mix of permanent and flexible workstations. There are also several areas set aside for informal consultation. The kitchen with long tables is the place for lunch and drinks. And the adjoining theater? Perfect for presentations and ideally combined with the lunch area for inspiring customer events.
