Infratech, the trade fair for the infrastructure sector

Infratech is the leading trade fair for the infrastructure sector, bringing together professionals from across the chain to discover the future of infrastructure and share new developments with each other. You can think of innovative construction methods and sustainable solutions, but also digitalisation sector-wide. Infratech, which takes place every other year in Ahoy Rotterdam, is really about knowledge sharing, networking but also exploring new developments from industry peers.

With exhibitors from various disciplines, such as ground, road and hydraulic engineering, mobility and energy, Infratech offers a complete overview of trends and innovations that reflect the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Stand construction at Infratech

The look and feel of your stand is very important to make it attractive to the target audience at first glance. As a professional stand builder, we literally have everything in-house, which means we are the only party you have to deal with. We take care of the entire process leading up to the trade fair. A project manager becomes your permanent point of contact and ensures that everything is organised down to the last detail.

Sustainable Exhibition Stand

Sustainable realisation of a unique exhibition stand for Infratech is best done by Cialona Expo. We see it as our responsibility towards the world and the future to make our environment more sustainable. Support is growing everywhere for applying environmentally friendly techniques and recycled materials.

We do our best to be at the forefront of sustainable applications in stand construction. It is important to Cialona Expo to reuse materials and to waste as little material as possible during the manufacturing process. Our machinery is fully geared to this, with as little waste as possible and trying to make something from leftovers.

We also have several collaborations with regular partners on recycling, for example, floors and full-colour cloths.

As a result, we can offer you, as an organisation, the opportunity to really work on more sustainable intentions regarding your participation in Infratech.

Store & Re-use

We are able store your stand in our warehouse, in order to (partially) reuse it for another event.

In-house

Cialona offers a full service. We take care of the process from A to Z and have all the necessary disciplines in-house, so we can act very quickly.

Client Portal

You will get access to our Client Portal, where you can see the progress of the project at your dashboard, approve items and upload/download documents 24/7.

3D Design

For every client, our designteam creates a 3D visual of the stand. This 3D allows you to easily see what it eventually will look like.

From designers to project managers and implementers, we literally have everything in-house and all you need to do is contact us. We believe it is important to create the perfect business card for you, making your booth the talk of the trade show! After the briefing and an appropriate design, one of our project managers will become your permanent contact within the project. He or she will ensure that the road to trade show participation runs smoothly.
