At Cialona everything revolves around attention: for our clients, their brands and for our people. As HR Manager you are responsible for developing and securing a coherent, future-proof and people-oriented HR policy.
You will bring structure and predictability, without losing sight of the warm, familial and sustainable culture of our Brabant family business. The role evolves from operational and reactive to strategic, connecting and guiding.
What will you do?
Inflow: the right people, at the right time
- Continuing to develop and communicate a strong and recognizable employer story that fits Cialona
- Realizing a standardized and professional recruitment and selection process
- Setting up a warm and personal onboarding program
- Structural optimization of occupancy, in collaboration with the MT and with smart use of the flexible shell
Throughput: development is not an accident
- Establish and secure an established HR cycle with development and progress reviews
- Implement and follow up on Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
- Establish training opportunities, job profiles and clear growth paths
- Encourage ownership, development and exemplary behavior among executives
Exit: good breakup is also good employment practice
- Identify and analyze absenteeism and turnover trends
- Ensuring a respectful farewell and proper knowledge assurance
Culture: Attentive, family-oriented and sustainable
- Translate core values into visible behavior in daily practice
- Coordinate cultural and bonding initiatives such as luncheons, anniversaries and team activities
- Promote appreciation, engagement and community attention
HR Governance & assurance
- Preparation of annual HR planning linked to organizational goals
- Quarterly reporting through a clear HR dashboard
- Secure a clear division of roles: MT (direction), HR (direction) and executives (execution)
- You report to CEO/CFO and work with human resources administration
