Within this you will have 24/7 insight into the progress of your stand construction project.But not only that!In it, you can also approve documents, upload and download files and much more.It is a multifunctional portal, which ensures transparent communication and smooth cooperation between us.

Together we look at what is needed to achieve that perfect exhibition experience. What are your goals and target group for this exhibition participation.
We do not build exhibition stands alone. We take care of the entire process from start to finish. This process starts with discussing the wishes and requirements during a briefing. After which we move on to the design phase. You will eventually receive a 3D design from us, in which you can already walk through the stand virtually.
If this is approved, the working drawings are made, all parts are produced and the project manager takes over. He or she will ensure a smooth progress towards the exhibition participation and will be your point of contact.
The perfect exhibition experience is different for every organization and every exhibition participation. Your target group determines which stands are interesting enough to visit.
Store & Re-use
We are able store your stand in our warehouse, in order to (partially) reuse it for another event.

Cialona offers a full service. We take care of the process from A to Z and have all the necessary disciplines in-house, so we can act very quickly.

You will get access to our Client Portal, where you can see the progress of the project at your dashboard, approve items and upload/download documents 24/7.
3D Design
For every client, our designteam creates a 3D visual of the stand. This 3D allows you to easily see what it eventually will look like.
