Not a cooperating foreman who only monitors the planning from the sidelines, but someone who stands in the middle of the team. An experienced professional who transfers knowledge, guides young colleagues and ensures that projects are perfectly prepared, both technically and practically.
You are the one who brings calm to the hustle and bustle, keeps an overview when deadlines approach and knows exactly what is needed to successfully get a project towards construction. A real teacher within the workshop.
What will you do?
- You manage the workshop team and monitor the daily schedule
- You oversee multiple booth construction projects simultaneously
- You guide and motivate young colleagues in their development
- You monitor quality, safety and efficiency within the workshop
- You liaise closely with work preparation and your production team
- You think about improvements in processes and practices
Who are you?
- An experienced professional within stand construction, interior design or production
- Someone who exudes natural leadership and knows how to bring people along
- Practical minded, solution oriented and stress resistant
- You keep an overview and always think a few steps ahead
- You enjoy imparting knowledge to a young team
- You know when to accelerate, but also keep the atmosphere right
