Vespo’s booth at Heimtextil 2023 in Frankfurt

Vespo intended to position itself broadly at the Heimtextil fair 2023 with a focus on own brands, loyalty, sustainability and blue planet support.

Above all, they believe it is important to be available to everyone and to work for a greener environment with their sustainable products and ways of working.

Storytelling and experience

As for the look and feel of the booth, they definitely did not have a standard booth in mind. The emphasis of their booth is on storytelling and experience. The setup tells the story and team Vespo enhances the story, complements and takes booth visitors into it.

They consider their products to be a “piece of art,” which is reflected in the various frames at the booth. Thus, one of the large frames on the corner of the booth reads: The art of 100% recycled cotton. This frame also presents their product in motion.

The three smaller frames on the wall tell a story through an interactive screen that booth visitors can touch for additional information. They highlight three key pillars here: sustainable loyalty, private label and blue planet support.

Blue Planet Support

The list of blue planet support at Vespo’s booth goes into detail about their collaboration with cotton farmers and how they process their materials into products. They strive to produce more and more sustainably and also help the people around this process in their livelihood.

Vespo is also committed to charities around, for example, the maintenance of the Dutch Wadden Sea.

Hospitality at the booth

At Vespo’s booth, hospitality also plays a big role. The way of setting up ensures a casual way of making contact. Just walking in and seeing products is very important here. Moreover, the presence of the interactive screens is an important point. This is where team Vespo can take an interested visitor to, and then go deeper into a particular topic.

In short, Vespo’s booth is an experience in itself. There are moving parts, big eye catchers and interactive screens present. All these components together make this stand special and a great success. The stand was in fact very well visited during the Heimtextil. It is not as if you were able to walk past this stand unnoticed.
