As mentioned, we have all the necessary disciplines in-house and communication with us internally consists of very short lines. Communication with you is the same. You will have a fixed contact person, one of our project managers. He or she will guide you through the process of creating the perfect trade show experience. To reinforce this process, you will be given your own dashboard within the Cialona Client Portal.
Within this you will have 24/7 insight into the progress of your stand construction project. But not only that. In it, you can also approve documents, upload and download files and much more. It is a multifunctional portal, which ensures transparent communication and smooth cooperation between us.

Cialona offers a full service. We take care of the process from A to Z and have all the necessary disciplines in-house, so we can act very quickly.

You will get access to our Client Portal, where you can see the progress of the project at your dashboard, approve items and upload/download documents 24/7.
3D Design
For every client, our designteam creates a 3D visual of the stand. This 3D allows you to easily see what it eventually will look like.
