Standbuilder Netherlands. And to be more specific, we are a booth builder from the south of the Netherlands, Helmond. For decades we have been building the most striking and high-quality exhibition stands for our customers. We do this at exhibitions at home and abroad. We go where our customers go, whether in Las Vegas, Cologne or Amsterdam.
What is good to know is that we are a full service organization. We really take on the stand project from start to finish, think about; a complete 3D design, project management, production and realization on location anywhere in the world. We excel in unburdening our clients when it comes to their trade show participation and do everything with our own team of professionals. We literally have all the expertise to do this.
How do we work?
As mentioned, we are a full service stand builder from the Netherlands. With us, it works like this: after the briefing, in which we discuss the wishes, goals and budgets, among other things, our design team gets to work. They create a concept and eventually a 3D stand design that seamlessly connects to the briefing. A 3D stand design means that you can take a virtual tour of the stand in advance. This way you will not be confronted with any surprises! What you see, is what you get.
Once the design is approved, the project is transferred to one of the project managers. He or she ensures that everything that has been discussed and designed is also executed in that way. Once all parts are manufactured in our adjacent workshop (where you are welcome at all times!), we transport the booth to location and it is assembled by our booth construction team. After the exhibition, it is dismantled again by the same team and stored in our adjacent warehouse. Store and Reuse
We offer the possibility to store the stand in our warehouse, so that it can be (partially) reused at a later time.

We are a full-service organization and take care of the process from A to Z. We have all disciplines in-house and can therefore switch quickly.
Client Portal
You will have access to our Client Portal, where you can view the progress of the project 24/7, approve items and upload/download documents.
3D Design
After the briefing, we work out the project in a 3D design. This way it is clear at a glance what the stand will look like and whether adjustments are needed.
Progress Dashboard
At Cialona Expo stand builder Netherlands, you get your own online dashboard within our own Cialona Client Portal. Within this portal you can view the progress of your project(s) 24/7, as well as approve, save and download documents. We strive for a smooth and above all transparent collaboration in which you can always see which steps have been completed and what the status is.
