Intersolar Europe at Messe Munich. The Intersolar trade fair is still one of the largest solar energy fairs in the world. This edition of the fair takes place in Messe Munich. Under the motto ‘connecting solar business’, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers and developers from all over the world meet annually in Munich to explore the latest developments and trends first-hand. The fair is part of The smarter E Europe, which means that more related fairs are currently taking place in Messe Munich.
Stand construction from A to Z for Intersolar
We are a full-service organization with all necessary disciplines in-house. This means that we design, produce, realize and afterwards also store your booth in our indoor warehouse. We take everything off your hands from A to Z, ensuring that your exhibition participation runs smoothly at the front, so that you only have to be concerned with your visitors. It is important to us to create the perfect business card for you at Intersolar 2024 Europe, making your booth the talk of the trade fair.
As mentioned earlier, with us everything is literally under one roof. And after the initial contact, the project is handed over to one of our project managers, he or she is your permanent point of contact for the project and makes sure everything runs like clockwork. To keep all communication as transparent as possible for all parties, we use our own client portal. In the portal, steps can be approved, steps scheduled and documents uploaded and downloaded. Above all, it is a tool to monitor the progress of the project 24/7 and so deadlines are insightful for the delivery of specifications for example.

3D visuals of your trade show booth
We have over 50 years of experience in designing and creating exhibition stands. With an exhibition stand from Cialona Expo at the Intersolar trade fair, you really make a difference compared to your competitors. Not only the quality, but also the smooth and professional collaboration plays a major role in this.
To give you a good idea of what the stand will look like beforehand, we create 3D visualizations.
These visualizations show in detail what the design of your booth will look like. The placement of all elements and an atmosphere is immediately visible. We literally, but virtually walk through it.
Then, of course, there is room for feedback and adjustments or additions. If the final design is approved, we will then create it.
This way you will not be faced with any surprises, ‘what you see is what you get’!
Store & Re-use
We are able store your stand in our warehouse, in order to (partially) reuse it for another event.
In-house
Cialona offers a full service. We take care of the process from A to Z and have all the necessary disciplines in-house, so we can act very quickly.
Client Portal
You will get access to our Client Portal, where you can see the progress of the project at your dashboard, approve items and upload/download documents 24/7.
3D Design
For every client, our designteam creates a 3D visual of the stand. This 3D allows you to easily see what it eventually will look like.
Store the booth in Cialona's warehouse
We offer our customers the option of storing the stand in our own warehouse after the exhibition. Exhibition stand storage is actually a matter of course at Cialona Expo, as it often involves large volumes. But also because the stand, or parts of it, can often be (re)used several times a year.
Any adjustments for a subsequent trade fair participation, such as a different size or one piece of furniture more or less, are thus processed more quickly. During the project we can discuss together the possibilities for a modular stand and storage for this.
