About Interclean
The Interclean is the trade fair where cleaning and hygiene professionals from all over the world come together at the Rai in Amsterdam. At this fair the leading manufacturers and suppliers are present. For that reason, it offers organizations in that industry many opportunities to expand their international connections and presence. But also to strengthen relationships and keep abreast of the latest developments in the market.
Annually, the fair grows tremendously and thus, during the last edition, nearly seven hundred exhibitors were present and over 25 thousand professionals.
Full Service Standbuilders Interclean
Cialona Expo offers clients a full service. What does that entail? As an organization we have everything under our own control, we design, manage the project, produce, realize on location and store your stand afterwards in our warehouse. From A to Z we take on your project. This way you only have to deal with us and we take everything out of your hands. This way we can quickly switch between the various disciplines needed to create a unique exhibition stand and work out your wishes down to the last detail.
One of our project managers will take care of your project and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is your permanent contact person for all projects. And to make communication with each other even more transparent and the lines even shorter, we have our own client portal that you will have access to. Here you have your own dashboard where your projects are listed and where you can see the progress of the project 24/7.
3D design of your unique trade show booth
In order to properly visualize your unique exhibition stand, we work out the design in steps and eventually you will receive a full 3D model of the exhibition stand. This way it is clear from all angles what the booth will look like for the upcoming Interclean fair.
Your organization has a certain goal in mind with the trade fair participation and the booth should contribute optimally to that goal. The appearance and functionality of the stand are important in this regard.
Cialona’s team of designers knows exactly how to strike the right chord with your target group and exhibition objectives. We will be happy to get to work on your booth design so that your target group doesn’t pass the booth by!
Store & Re-use
We are able store your stand in our warehouse, in order to (partially) reuse it for another event.
In-house
Cialona offers a full service. We take care of the process from A to Z and have all the necessary disciplines in-house, so we can act very quickly.
Client Portal
You will get access to our Client Portal, where you can see the progress of the project at your dashboard, approve items and upload/download documents 24/7.
3D Design
For every client, our designteam creates a 3D visual of the stand. This 3D allows you to easily see what it eventually will look like.
Store booth after Interclean
After the Interclean trade fair participation, we store the stand in our in-house warehouse.
Exhibition stand storage is a matter of course for us, because large volumes are involved and because the stand, or parts of it, are used several times. This way, we keep the stand under control and can easily make adjustments per trade fair participation.
