For years, we at Cialona have handled Caleffi’s trade show exhibits. From booth design to realization: each time with one goal in mind: a consistent, recognizable brand experience with maximum impact on the trade show floor.
When Caleffi expressed the desire to deploy a mobile Promostreamer at events in addition to their trade show booths, one thing was clear: it had to fit seamlessly with the existing trade show image and brand story.
Caleffi’s wish was to realize a mobile Promostreamer that feels like a travelling exhibition stand. A compact Airstream trailer in which product presentation, experience and hospitality come together, without compromising on appearance or functionality.
In doing so, it was important that the Promostreamer would fit perfectly with the existing exhibition stand concept and Caleffi’s overall brand experience. At the same time, the setup had to be flexible for changing product groups, independently deployable at different events, and smart about space, carrying weight and storage options.
Based on Caleffi’s existing exhibition stand, we designed and realized a fully customized interior for the Promostreamer. This creates one recognizable line between fair, event and brand.
The products are presented in specially developed, customized furniture. These ensure that the Promostreamer remains flexible for different events and campaigns.
A compact coffee corner provides hospitality and meeting space. Light standing tables can be placed both inside and outside the trailer, making the Promostreamer effortlessly adaptable to the space available on site.
In the design and realization, we took into account practical use in every detail. For example, we developed custom furniture that not only serves as a product presentation, but also provides additional storage space for products, bar tables and personal items.
The equipment is tailored to the maximum load weight of the trailer and equipped with solutions for a battery or generator, so that coffee equipment and other electrical items continue to function without problems. Everything is designed for flexibility, efficiency and durability during events.
A mobile Promostreamer that feels like an extension of the exhibition stand. Recognizable, flexible and tailored in detail to Caleffi’s brand experience. A solution with which they can now powerfully present their products and story not only on the trade show floor, but also at events and locations beyond.
