The vt wonen&design fair
The vt wonen&design fair is one of the most popular housing fairs in the Netherlands. Of course, it has everything to do with the famous living magazine and TV programs ‘vt wonen’. It’s all about interior design, home furnishings, lifestyle and everything in between. It offers visitors inspiration, trends and ideas in the field of living, decorating and DIY.
Among the exhibitors are interior designers, furniture companies, lighting suppliers, bathroom and kitchen manufacturers, but also DIY stores such as Gamma are present here in large volumes.
Exhibition stand with a theme
At the vt wonen&design fair, Gamma’s exhibition stand was all about paint. They want to guide their customers in easily choosing the right color for their job. Therefore, the booth is all about the products and services surrounding paint. There is a mixing station, numerous paint testers and also color scanners.
The color scanners allow booth visitors to scan their favorite, personal color. You could then have this personal color converted to your paint tester at the Gamma Barista, or mixing station.
Social media Gamma
It’s no news that social media is also becoming an increasingly important component in trade shows. And especially at consumer fairs like the vt wonen&design fair, having a beautiful, eye-catching exhibition stand is very important. Now Gamma’s exhibition stand, we thought ;), was already very beautiful and photo-worthy in itself, but we still incorporated extra items that people could take a picture with.
For example, there is a huge paint star mounted on the wall, with a lick of yellow paint, with which trade show visitors can have their picture taken. It then looks like you are painting a wall with a huge paint star.
At the corner of the booth, a strip of pink paint runs down the wall, with a pot of paint above it, making it look like the paint is running out of it. And on the floor, there is another blob of paint sloshing up. Great for Instagram!
