In this role, you are the driving force behind how we work digitally. You oversee processes, structure and use technology (including AI) to make work smarter, faster and more fun. You are an analytical thinker, work strategically and see opportunities to work more efficiently.
You take ownership of our internal digital optimization.

With a focus on personal attention and quality, we impress on the trade show floor. To realize our growth ambitions, we are looking for a new acquisition colleague with a commercial mindset and a passion for communication.
What will you do?
Process Optimization & Automation
- Initiate, implement and improve digital workflows and systems (think ERP, WMS, CRM).
- Using AI and automation smartly to shape processes more efficiently
- Independently select, test and implement new tools and systems.
Data & Insight
- Bring together data from various sources into dashboards (PowerBI, Excel etc.).
- Identify trends and bottlenecks and translate them into concrete action items or automations.
- Working on data quality, structure and accessibility.
Ownership & Support
- You are an analytical thinker and the first point of contact for digitization within the organization.
- You will work closely with colleagues from different teams and supervise internal improvement projects.
- Of course you jump in where needed – but your focus is on the long term!
What are you taking with you?
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and process automation.
- You know how to use AI or other smart technology to make work easier.
- You are analytically strong and can translate data into insights and action.
- You like structure, ownership and are energized by change.
- Affinity for technology and innovation – you are curious and practical at the same time
