Your role in brief
Are you a woodworking professional who gets energy from building high-quality trade show booths and interior parts? At Cialona, you’ll work on custom projects from A to Z: from workshop to on-site assembly. With your dexterity, precision and knowledge of materials, you will ensure that our creative designs are translated into strong, sleek and durable realizations.

Cialona creates trade show experiences with an eye for attention. As an international full service booth builder, we bring brands to life with creative and sustainable booth concepts. In our workshop, we produce custom furniture and booth elements that are used worldwide.
What will you do?
Making & assembling
-
Produce custom furniture and booth components in the workshop (including MDF, plywood, solid wood, HPL/veneer).

Work with woodworking machinery (panel saw, edgebander, drill/milling machines; experience with CNC is a plus).

Pre- and final assembly of structures, coves, counters, walls and presentation furniture.

Assembly and disassembly of booths on location (national/international), together with your team.
Technology & quality

Reading and understanding technical drawings and working drawings.

Checking sizing and fit; ensuring neat finish.

Thinking along about smart, sturdy and durable details in construction and assembly.
Collaboration & safety

Work closely with fellow carpenters, project managers and draftsmen.

Neat, safe and efficient work in workshop and exhibition floor.

Ensuring that tools and workplace are in order.
What are you taking with you?
-
MBO degree in Woodworking (completed or you are in the process of doing so).

Demonstrated practical experience as a (workshop) carpenter/stand builder/interior builder.

Handy with woodworking machines; basic CNC knowledge is nice to have.

You can read technical drawings and convert them into tight work.

Accurate, solution-oriented and used to meeting deadlines.

Possession of driver’s license B; willing to work on site for occasional (short) periods.
